From the reviews

Facility: nice and clean. Large fan in men's room helps with cooling down after class. Showers and lockers are some what tight. No soap or shampoo provided as in other places. Instructors: each has his or hers style. Most are helpful. Beginner should not take Ms.

Hello, My name is Angela Wang, and I have been practicing hot yoga at the Hacienda Heights studio for over three years. I have consistently appreciated the expertise and dedication of the instructors, and I believe they provide exceptional guidance to their students.

Bikram Hot Yoga has truly made a difference in my life. Every session feels like a reset—detoxifying my body, clearing my mind, and setting the tone for a positive and inspired day. I’ve noticed a shift not just in my flexibility, but in my overall well-being. Ana is hands down my favorite instructor.

Your first hot yoga class at Fire Hot Yoga Hacienda Heights- formerly Bikram Yoga

Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated to around ~105°F, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.

Heat and intense exercise aren't right for everyone — if you're pregnant or have heart, blood-pressure, or other health concerns, check with a doctor before your first hot class.
