From the reviews
For anyone reading the negative review… try reading MY review as well. I walked in to FS8 Buckhead after seeing their social media (Instagram) content. I attended my first class that evening. I immediately became an unlimited visit member. In my first month I noticed changes in my appearance.
I’ve been practicing Pilates for about five years, and after trying three classes at FS8 Buckhead, I had a great experience. I took both the Reformer X and Reformer Ignite classes, and each challenged me in different but really rewarding ways.
I had been eagerly waiting for FS8 Buckhead to open after attending their Yoga in the Park pop-up in September 2025 — and it was so worth the wait! After doing the trial, I became an unlimited member and these workouts are absolutely my jam.
Being new to Pilates, my experience with FS8 Buckhead so far has been nothing short of 5+ stars. The instructors—Geo, Sarah, Jess, and Claire are amazing. They bring energy, encouragement, and just the right amount of challenge to every workout.
Your first hot yoga class at FS8 Buckhead
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes — there are showers on site; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
