From the reviews
*stairs are on the side of the building to get upstairs. they sell grippy socks too :) reformer & head studios are side by side! Pêche is my favorite studio in Atlanta. Not only do you get the aesthetics and quaint atmosphere, but you ACTUALLY get a great workout too!
Peche is a studio where you’re definitely being seen- I took my first class with Shannon on Saturday and she is incredibly sweet, thoughtful and welcoming 🫶🏻. This is one of the few heat mat classes in Atlanta I’ll definitely be committing towards weekly- I love how the class is small yet catered towards each…
My first class at Pêche Pilates was lovely. I typically do megaformer Pilates so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The class was challenging, approachable, and felt a BIG burn without being drenched in sweat. The studio was calm and inviting. Hard to have a bad day when you start it off at Pêche. Lovely studio.
What Pilates is meant to be. Challenging, but in a non intimidating way. So many Pilates classes around here are too easy, or they feel like a bootcamp class that has lost sight of what classical Pilates is. The best supplement/cross training for my heavy weight days at the gym.
Your first hot yoga class at Pêche Pilates
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
