The styles they teach
“business travels, I’ve practiced Bikram yoga in many studios in various states, and also in Montreal, Canada.”
“My whole family and I have been consistently attending Fire Phiit and Hot Vinyasa classes at Full Circle for over a year.”
“I've taken many variations of their classes from 26/2 to Yin.”
“As someone new to yoga but with lifetime athletic experience playing, coaching and leading a generally vigorous lifestyle, I’ve found it to be a well-run and clean studio.”
What's on offer
“This is a lovely studio and the only 2 criticisms I have are that there is only 1 shower in the men's room, so it can take a long time to wash off after class.”
“State of the art high end heating system, very clean and fresh air no matter how full to capacity!”

“Gentle flow on Fridays with Kristi, Saturdays with Maryanna, and Sunday evenings with Carly are my go-to’s, but every instructor so far has been incredible.”

“I walked into this beautiful space a couple of weeks ago full of doubt, and was greeted by the owners, Carryann and Drew, who took me on a tour of the studio.”
From the reviews
What can I say? This studio is absolutely amazing! State of the art high end heating system, very clean and fresh air no matter how full to capacity! I've taken many variations of their classes from 26/2 to Yin... but what stands out the most is Katty's vinyasa flow on Wednesdays @ 11:30am...
I joined Full Circle Hot Yoga in 2021 and I have to truly say, the outcome for me has been life changing. The instructors are knowledgeable and skilled and each brings a different style and vibe to their classes. The people I’ve met while taking the classes are also lovely.
As someone new to yoga but with lifetime athletic experience playing, coaching and leading a generally vigorous lifestyle, I’ve found it to be a well-run and clean studio. The real standout, though, is the instruction. Margaret, Katie, and Kristi are fantastic.!
Can’t say enough great things about Full Circle! I joined with my friend in December and we love it there. The hot vinyasa classes are amazing. Gentle flow on Fridays with Kristi, Saturdays with Maryanna, and Sunday evenings with Carly are my go-to’s, but every instructor so far has been incredible.
Your first hot yoga class at Full Circle Hot Yoga
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
