Best yoga classes I’ve ever taken! This is exactly what this area needed. The infrared heat felt amazing during the classes and made you sweat like never before! Best feeling ever! Can’t wait to take classes multiple times a week! Highly recommend all teachers :)
What an amazing addition to the Walworth County area. Everyone at the studio was so kind and welcoming. The studio was beyond clean! The yoga class was the perfect temperature and had the best flow. I cannot wait to go back. Highly recommend!
really enjoyed Hailey and the vinyasa. That said I’d love to see a beginner class added to the schedule especially on weekend mornings. A large portion of regulars in the community are 70+ and the current offerings are too intense and challenging for the median age group of lake Geneva.
This is by FAR the best hot yoga studio I’ve been to! The energy is amazing, ambiance is top tier, and classes are challenging in the best way. You can tell so much passion and intention went into creating this space. I’ve deepened my practice so much since coming here.
Your first hot yoga class at Heatwave Hot Yoga Studio
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
