From the reviews
I have taken 2 classes here (one in the morning and one in the evening) and I have really liked the studio, equipment, and instructors thus far. The room is softly lit, organized, and really hot. You should definitely bring water and be ready to sweat, but if you forget it they also sell bottled water.
I signed up on ClassPass and it was a great first experience. Front desk got me signed in and made sure I had what I needed. Tondie’s hot vinyasa was the challenge and flow I needed. Now I’m driving out of my way and passing other studios to come here.
I would definitely recommend the morning Hot Pilates! The studio is very cute and clean and all of the equipment was in great shape. Cannot wait to try their other hot classes
Great hot yoga spot. Very hot! Very clean, nice facilities. I live in Fort Lauderdale but when I’m in west Boca love to hit the vinyasa or Bikram beats.
Your first hot yoga class at HOT VAULT
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
