I took Liz’s second class! She’s a great addition, another personality to add to the mix! She’s gives friendly reminders of your goals and pushes you with different work outs. My abs and upper back were sore the next day- in a good way. Melinda’s class is my favorite!
I had the pleasure of taking the “in HIS presence” Pilates class this evening. It was amazing! I so enjoyed it and look forward to going back. Walking into the studio was like receiving the biggest hug. I felt so connected before during and after class. Johanna did an amazing job guiding us through.
After my second baby, I wanted to feel strong, confident, and like “me” again. I joined this studio in December 2024, and it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made. The classes are challenging yet fun, and the instructors make you feel so welcome from the moment you walk in.
Wonderful experience! I was brand new to Pilates and took my first class with Joanne Ortiz. Her music choices, and her encouragement was spot on! Her instruction allowed me to follow along the entire class without being lost, even though I was new.
Your first hot yoga class at Hot Yoga Auburn
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
