Love this studio. Instructors are amazing. Heat and humidity are on target and the studio is very well maintained. One of the few hot yoga studios sticking with the 90 minute hot yoga class. Hot Pilates is on the schedule for those who want to shake things up. I overheard a student saying this the other day...
I am a long distance runner with a bunch of leg issues (due to all the running!). I was looking for a cardiac workout that still stretched and strengthened my legs with all the impact. Hot Yoga Manchester fits the bill! It is hot which gets your heart rate up while improving my flexibility and muscle tone.
Manchester Hot Yoga is a fun, therapeutic, welcoming community of yogis! The instructors are knowledgeable and encouraging, and the practice is great for all levels. I just started taking the inferno Pilates classes and I’m addicted, what a great workout!

What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
