From the reviews
Humble Warrior Power Yoga is everything I ever wanted in a fitness studio and so much more. They have several beautiful locations, the most amazing teachers I have ever had in many years of various fitness classes and the community itself is inclusive and welcoming for all levels.
I’ve been going to Humble Warrior Studios since February, and I can honestly say it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself. I’d wanted to take the leap into yoga for a long time, but timing is everything—and this place showed up exactly when I needed it. The studio has such a welcoming, grounded energy.
The Humble Warrior Power Yoga collective is a well-oiled machine in every way! I've taken classes in power yoga, pilates, TRX, and sculpt at different locations, and can't get enough. The instructors are all incredibly passionate and knowledgeable in their facilitation of the practice; you can really feel the magic.
5 stars are not enough to rate the Humble Warrior teachers and community they have created. If you are happy and want to have fun or if you are sad and need your heart mended you will get more than you could expect. The authenticity and caring of the AMAZING teachers will fill your heart and soul.
Teacher training at Humble Warrior Power Yoga - Manchester
Humble Warrior Power Yoga - Manchester comes up for teacher training — confirmed on their own site. If you're thinking about becoming an instructor, a few things are worth asking up front. First, which certification the program leads to — most hot-yoga trainings are Yoga Alliance registered (RYT-200 or RYT-500), and the style matters: a Bikram or hot-power lineage trains differently than a hot-vinyasa or sculpt one. Second, the schedule and prerequisites — cohorts often run in intensive weekend blocks or over several months, and many studios want you practicing regularly there first. Third, cost and payment plans, and whether tuition includes an unlimited membership for the training period. Teacher training is a real commitment of time and money, so it's worth a call or an info session before you enroll.
Your first hot yoga class at Humble Warrior Power Yoga - Manchester
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
