From the reviews
I love the Hotworx studio at this location. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. I am a doctor of OB/GYN, so the fact that the studio is open 24/7 means I can make classes work with my busy and irregular schedule. I feel very safe there as well during non staffed hours.
My husband and I love coming here, we always get a great workout! It’s only 4mins from our home!! Staff are always nice & helpful! Studio is always cleaned and disinfected! I love the upgrades to the volume in the saunas!! Thank you!!
This place i recommend 100% i come here on a daily to get my workout/sweat in 💪🏽 its the Cycling for me & its 24hr open
I joined HOTWORX a few months ago & have been loving it! I have all access membership so I have checked out several locations…& I have found everyone that works here are very friendly, but the paseo location has been the friendliest & cleanest!!
Your first hot yoga class at HOTWORX- Albuquerque, NM - Paseo & Ventura
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
