So excited for HOTWORX Creve Coeur! I am a sweat everywhere member so have access to all locations but can downgrade my membership when needed. I love the 24 hour unlimited access and the fact all 11 workouts are in infrared saunas! If you love saunas…wait till you discover INFRARED HEAT!
I am obsessed with HOTWORX, and especially the Creve Coeur studio!!! The employees and owners are soo sweet and always welcome members in with a smile! They also make you feel at home, by creating a relationship with you. I love that I can come in and sweat it out for either 15 or 30 minute classes on my own time 24/7!
I just love HOTWORX!! The infrared saunas feel literally amazing and there are SO many different sessions to chose from so I never get bored! You feel so strong and accomplished and I love how it’s a fit for those of all levels. The staff is kind and the studio is clean ❤️ seriously could not recommend them enough!!!

What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
