From the reviews
I have joined Hotworx for two weeks and been going every other day. I do feel that I am a little bit stronger each time, and I enjoy the sweat, which is a healthy type of sweat, not too overwhelming. It is very clean and organized, with friendly staff providing advice and assistance.
Can’t rave enough about HOTWORX Eagle! I’ve been to several HOTWORX locations over the years and this one obviously prioritizes, friendly staff, clean equipment, and community! Go check them out, and if you’re feeling extra brave, take a cold plunge after a few classes!
Best decision ever! I joined in Feb 2023, I go on average 3-4 times a week and the rewards program helps with motivation. The staff is friendly, its a clean environment and I love the flexibility when booking classes around my schedule. I don't sweat, I sparkle.
Love the infrared sauna. It’s my favorite thing in the winter. Highly recommend! Great customer service and super helpful!
Your first hot yoga class at HOTWORX Eagle
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
