I haven’t been a member for a week yet but I wanted to say the Germantown team has been gracious and kind. I had very little knowledge about HOTWORX, I just woke up wanting a hot yoga class and this one worked with my schedule. The general manager has been very kind and patient to answer any questions I may have.
I can’t say I love this place enough! My cousin (Amber) recommended this location & told me about the staff, she didn’t lie! Everyone is so nice, passionate about their career and very assistive. I started on 3/9 with the membership and fell in love with the private saunas & cleanness of the facility.
They sure do keep their rooms hot! Let me tell you they sure pride in the sweat. Also the girls working here are the most down to earth good hearted girls ready to answer all of your questions. Ice been going for a couple years now and this is the only work out commitment I've ever had. So intimate and private as well.
I’m obsessed! HOTWORX is the perfect place to end a long, stressful day. Being able to come 24/7 is great, and it’s really convenient to be able to rent equipment from the vending machine at any time. I’ve already forgotten my towel more than once…oops! The staff are great- the manager is super sweet and welcoming.

What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
