I've only been going here a couple of weeks but it's a fantastic gym. Things that I love most about it are the affordability, and flexibility, it's open 24/7 and you can literally book right as you walk in. Also, I feel like even if I just tell myself all I have to do is go into the sauna...
I had a complimentary session at HOTWORX of Grimes. I had no idea what this was about. It’s. Only less than a half mile from my condo. The session was a yoga warrior class. You go into the “sauna room” alone for yoga. (There are cycling classes that may include up to 3 cyclists.). I was in it alone.
As someone who was a college athlete, I was looking to join a gym that would challenge me but also give me structure. I found BOTH at HOTWORX! I have the freedom to schedule workouts on my own schedule (they’re 24 hrs) but also am held accountable! The staff is uplifting, and the studio is clean!

Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
