I'm so glad I got to try this workout style. I became a member after my trial class. I really enjoy the infrared heat and I feel like I'm getting a workout class and a wellness therapy session at the same time.
I was referred to HOTWORX by one of my good friends. Got to test out a couple of classes and really enjoyed how they not only worked into my busy schedule but how great I felt leaving the gym.
Ok folks, I never write reviews, but I have to for this place. There are so many good things about this place. It's clean, it's secure, the staff is professional and doing a workout in an infrared sauna is the icing on the cake.
What a recovery zone Workout in a whole new dimension. Infrared/heated saunas really make a difference in my workouts. These sessions really bring on the Burn and has helped in my flexibility. Plus, I really feel refreshed after these sessions. It’s a real pick me up.

What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
