I absolutely love my HOTWORX gym! As part of the 5 AM club, I don’t always get to see the staff, but when I do, they are always so friendly, welcoming, and truly care about the members. Even at those early hours, the energy is positive and motivating.
I’ve been at hotworx in LaVista for about 5 months now and I love it! I’ve found it more effective, timely, and cheaper than any past gym membership I’ve had. These sauna workouts offer different variations and always leave me feeling accomplished.
I absolutely love HOTWORX in La Vista! Staff is always so welcoming and encouraging! It is always clean and well kept. I truly enjoy all of the workouts they offer and the benefits of the infrared sauna.
I have been to multiple Hotworx studios around Omaha and other cities and this location has been by far the most enjoyable experience, the staff was so helpful , and the saunas and other areas are the cleanest i’ve seen. I would recommend this location to anyone in Omaha

What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
