Being a Sweat Everyone member, I had the privilege of visiting any Hotworx in the area! I love visiting the Leland location, as it extremely clean and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable of the Hotworx brand! If I could give the HOTWORX in Leland, NC more than 5 stars, I would – but sadly, Google hasn’t added that feature yet. (Looking at you, Google developers – get on it, please!
HOTWORX Leland is a gem! The workouts are seriously next level—challenging, energizing, and unlike anything else. I always left feeling accomplished and refreshed. The studio is impeccably clean, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and supportive.

What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
