I recently had the pleasure of trying out HOTWORX Mansfield and I must say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The workouts offered at this studio are incredibly effective. The combination of infrared heat and high-intensity workouts really takes fitness to the next level.
Had a free workout here as a trial and I 100% recommend this place. It’s so awesome. Olivia, the owner, and Zaria were super informative and had me pumped up! The workouts are SO intense regardless of your gender or athletic capabilities.
I recently visited Hot Worx and had an amazing experience! The atmosphere was incredibly clean and inviting, making it a perfect place to focus on my wellness. The staff was extremely welcoming and made me feel right at home from the moment I walked in.

What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand.
