I have been going to hotworx for about two weeks now and LOVE it. I have never been one to workout because the idea of public gyms scare me but my friend Makenna works there and recommended it for me! She gave me a tour of the place and I finally signed up for my first gym membership after trying it out.
Emma was amazing, she explained things I didn’t understand at the time of signing my contract. I really appreciate her work with keeping me as a Hot Worx member although I’ve moved and won’t be returning to this particular location which was always clean and up-kept I am a Hot Worx fan and am happy to continue doing…
Been coming at least a few times a week for a few months now and I've noticed I've got way stronger! The low impact workouts on the mat are my favorites: Pilates, Core and Yoga. I did research on infrared heat and I really do notice a difference in the (known) inflammation in my back. Give it a try!
Hotworx Marietta Square has been a wonderful place to workout in. Everyone is super nice and I love chatting with Riley, the manager, as I wait for my class to start. The gym is also super clean and is super affordable. Go it check it out!

What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
