I love my gym. Hotworx is the first membership I’ve had in over 10 years. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. The classes are difficult but easy to follow. With discipline and consistency you will see results.
I absolutely love working out at HOTWORX McDonough. The studio is always clean, welcoming, and motivating, and it’s become one of my favorite places to reset and push myself. I have to give a special shoutout to Lilibeth (LB) — she’s truly amazing. Her energy, kindness, and consistency make every visit better.
Such a fantastic spot! It is well cared for and the workouts are FIRE! Cross training and ISO have helped me feel stronger and rehab some old injuries. The owner and staff are so friendly and it's easy to build community with staff and members.
So happy to have found this new place by me that is open 24/7. I've been getting bored of doing the same weight training/cardio routine so finding a new way to workout with all the different classes makes it more exciting. It's always clean too!
Your first hot yoga class at HOTWORX- McDonough, GA - Jonesboro Rd
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
