I am so excited we have a HotWorx in the area! I was an infrared sauna user already and adding workouts in the sauna is a game changer! Amazing owner and staff! If you have not tried it, I highly recommend it.
Amazing! Small rooms are perfect. The heat is AWESOME for my muscles (hardly any soreness!) classes whenever I want 24/7. Plenty of variety. I have definitely found my place!❤️
I’ve been loving my time at HOTWORX. The workouts feel efficient, the infrared heat makes you sweat in the best way, and I leave every session feeling lighter and more energized. The staff is always friendly and the studio stays super clean, which makes the whole experience even better.
The owner is super knowledgeable, helpful, and incredibly supportive. The workouts themselves are phenomenal—and the full gym in the back with weights and trx-like system makes the cost of the membership such a great deal (like two gyms in one!!). Highly recommend Hotworx.

What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
