From the reviews
I was visiting from Florida on a business trip and was looking for a place to workout - I found the perfect one. This studio is awesome. It’s tucked away in Midtown and has a great ambiance. The staff are super friendly and the studio is spotless.
Hotworx is amazing y'all!! Their classes are such a great addition to my workout routine and there is a big variety. The saunas are always clean and everyone is so nice. My favorite classes are ISO and Yoga. 10/10 recommend joining!
I’ve been doing Hotworx for a few weeks and have been loving it. The workouts aren’t super hard, but the concept is working smarter not harder. I like doing a class then hitting the bikes for some cardio after.
K so I pretty much fell in love with hotworx and this location specifically just because not only do I love the vibes here but the owner Jacob & also Callie have both been extremely accommodating to any minor issues that may arise and they genuinely want to make sure their studio is always clean, safe, and exactly how…
Your first hot yoga class at HOTWORX - Nashville, TN - Midtown
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
