Hotworx Riverview is the largest and cleanest location I have ever visited. The owners and staff were very nice and knowledgeable able the different classes offered in the studio. Dr. Richards (co-owner) explained how the Hotworx studio classes works. She also gave me a tour of the studio.
PROS: - 24/7 - good management; feedback receptive. UPDATE: already changed yoga video when I like just posted this a day ago; tysm; like I said, they rock. - People think it’s intense, but I honestly find it easier and more rewarding than a typical workout - a detox/decompress from stress to look forward to - easily…
I absolutely LOVE Hotworks in Riverview!! Everything is always clean, the staff is always friendly, And I love getting a workout in the infrared heat sauna rooms. It’s amazing that I can go anytime, 24/7, and catch a workout video, and feel the burn … literally.
I found this HOTWORX location on my Instagram feed! The IG page was very active and I decided to attend the free session. It was totally amazing and I decided to join! The staff is so friendly and able to help with your gym membership and recommendations. My husband and I loved doing sessions together!

What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
