HotWorx isn’t just a gym — it’s truly life-changing. The workouts are incredibly well-balanced, combining strength, cardio, and recovery in a way that leaves you feeling both challenged and accomplished. Yes, you’ll be dripping in sweat, but the post-workout feeling is unmatched.
I dropped my gym membership during COVID and set up a home gym. I didn’t think I’d ever go back to a gym again. However my workouts at home were getting stale and I needed something new. Being an avid Bikram student since 1997, I knew I loved the heat.
We had such a great experience at this studio! From start to finish Hailey was incredibly welcoming and helpful and we are very grateful for her! The facility was clean, organized, and easy to navigate. The amount of class options and ability to book 24/7 classes as a membership is a plus!
Hailey at Hotworx in St Pete went above and beyond in explaining everything about the studio and membership! She is the reason that I signed up! The place is clean, not crowded ( at least when I was there, mid day) and everyone was cery accommodating! If I could give it more than 5 stars I would!

What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
