The styles they teach
“My favorites so far have been Hailey’s Sunday Slow Flow class and Katie’s Sculpt & Flow class—both were well-paced and enjoyable.”
“She gives excellent suggestions to make the poses more or less intense (I’m a beginner so I need lots of help).”

From the reviews
I have been going to Erin’s classes for over a year and I am such a fan! The YogaSix studio and everyone that works there have always been so kind and welcoming. :) Erin and her teaching style are the primary reasons I return to this studio.
The studio is clean and beautiful. I’ve mostly attend Hot Yoga with Erin S. I can’t say enough good things about her and her classes. She teaches at a challenging yet enjoyable pace. I always leave feeling better and her playlists, chef’s kiss! Nathalie, at the front desk is genuinely sweet and friendly.
I have had a really positive experience at YogaSix in St. Pete. The staff is warm and friendly, the center is clean and organized, and the classes offer a great variety.
Starting my week with Sydney’s Signature Hot class was exactly what I needed. It was the perfect balance of challenge and mindfulness, leaving me feeling stronger, grounded, and better prepared for the week ahead.
Teacher training at YogaSix St Petersburg
YogaSix St Petersburg comes up for teacher training — confirmed on their own site. If you're thinking about becoming an instructor, a few things are worth asking up front. First, which certification the program leads to — most hot-yoga trainings are Yoga Alliance registered (RYT-200 or RYT-500), and the style matters: a Bikram or hot-power lineage trains differently than a hot-vinyasa or sculpt one. Second, the schedule and prerequisites — cohorts often run in intensive weekend blocks or over several months, and many studios want you practicing regularly there first. Third, cost and payment plans, and whether tuition includes an unlimited membership for the training period. Teacher training is a real commitment of time and money, so it's worth a call or an info session before you enroll.
Your first hot yoga class at YogaSix St Petersburg
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
