From the reviews
We traveled from Fort Smith to try the Hot Row here at this HOTWORX studio (Ft. Smith location is getting Hot Row soon, we couldn't wait.) The staff welcomed us and we were also welcomed by Ashlee B. a fellow HOTWORX'er and Virtual Instructor.
If you’re ready to sweat…come here! What a great class. A great friend of mine and I did a trial cycle class. And my my my we were sweating by the end of the 15 minutes. We enjoyed it so much. Olivia was so very knowledgeable, super friendly, helpful and just on top of answering questions.
Truly one of my favorite places to be! The workouts are versatile and buildable to meet you where you are at! I have built my strength and surprised myself with my ability to get stronger in each class! I have been a member for a few years and Leigh and all of her staff are SO kind, personable, and helpful!
I loved this place a ton! I accidentally booked a trial thinking it was a different gym in Tulsa, but Im super jappy it ended up being here! The videos are fun, I love how safe everything is, and the people are very happy and friendly.
Your first hot yoga class at HOTWORX - Tulsa, OK (41st & Harvard)
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
