The best hot yoga studio and class that I have tried in Miami. The studio is clean and located in a nice area. I will be signing up for their monthly membership after my first class with them. Dan was an amazing instructor. Incredible sweat and flow.
I absolutely love this studio. It’s brand new and the facility and amenities are fantastic. Great energy and great staff. The instructors are extremely knowledgable and their hands on attention has been extremely helpful in improving my yoga practice. I am absolutely addicted to practising here.
I dropped in while visiting Miami and I enjoyed Elizabeth's class a lot. Her cues were direct and everything flowed well. She knew what she was doing and I felt that I got a thorough solid practice in my body in the 60 minutes. I also appreciated the heat. I will be back again next time I am in Miami.
I recently attended an intro session and had a nice experience. The front desk explained the heat levels throughout the room which help determined where I wanted to place my mat in the studio. While I realized hot yoga isn’t for me, I would definitely recommend this studio to others.

First, which certification the program leads to — most hot-yoga trainings are Yoga Alliance registered (RYT-200 or RYT-500), and the style matters: a Bikram or hot-power lineage trains differently than a hot-vinyasa or sculpt one. Second, the schedule and prerequisites — cohorts often run in intensive weekend blocks or over several months, and many studios want you practicing regularly there first. Third, cost and payment plans, and whether tuition includes an unlimited membership for the training period. Teacher training is a real commitment of time and money, so it's worth a call or an info session before you enroll.

What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
