From the reviews
Rachel Lynn’s class was a real treat. Her energy was grounded and welcoming, and the flow felt both intentional and intuitive. I left feeling lighter, more open, and totally reconnected to my body. Highly recommend for anyone looking to reset and recharge.✨
I absolutely love Sol Hot Yoga, but I have to give a special shoutout to the incredible Jackie Pommier. Practicing with her is truly something else — every class feels like a deep, intentional journey. You can feel how much she loves what she does.

I really liked today’s 2:30 p.m. hot Pilates class, challenging but very rewarding afterward. The studio is beautiful, clean, and has a friendly staff. I signed up through ClassPass and will definitely continue taking lessons.
Your first hot yoga class at SOL Yoga Sunset Harbour
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
