From the reviews
Kaleb, new to Infused Yoga (2026), is such a refreshing addition. He blends authentic asana with breath, strength, and power in a way that feels artfully connected and intentional. You can feel how he ties breath, body, and mind together with attention to authenticy throughout the whole class.
I love this studio. It offers a lot of different styles in the hot room. Plus all the teachers are very friendly, unique and professional. I’m always learning something new. I never have to worry about injuries because each teacher takes it with you step-by-step, and are very vigilant.
Thank you Lydia! Being an athlete all my life takes a toll and hot yoga has helped relieve the tissue scar in my body! Such polite and kind staff have made me go back and invite others to share my new found joy! Great place, and great instructors Lydia’s class is a must try!

Your first hot yoga class at Infused Yoga + Fitness
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
