I started as a beginner pilates student when I first came to this studio and ever since I have not only become stronger, but also become a part of a great community. I’ve taken classes with Ysa, Kaitlyn, and Sophie and all of them have been excellent instructors.
If you're looking to try out a new pilates studio, this is the place to go! I've taken both the hot and hiit pilates class and while both of them were challenging, the burn was too good! The exercises were not too difficult to follow, it was just a matter of pushing yourself to keep doing it.
If you’re thinking about booking with Lovesaistudio, this is your sign to DO IT! Ysa is truly a one of a kind instructor, she’s not only incredibly talented at what she does, but also one of the most encouraging and genuinely sweet people I’ve ever met.
Took my first pilates class ever today and LOVED IT. Such a good instructor and she is literally the sweetest soul. Took the 8 am hot pilates and it kicked my ass but in the best way!! Will definitely be going back!!

Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
