From the reviews
Much of my love for M3 is personal to me: mainly, I can walk there, and their schedule suits my life nicely. The space is simple, but inviting. Small lobby, and two yoga rooms: one heated and one regular. There aren't showers or anything fancy, but I live nearby so not an issue for me.
So happy I found this studio! Compared to my previous experience where yoga was primarily about bodily movements, here it is taught with its original intent: to unite. It’s a full mind/body experience that has changed how I practice.
Took a hot Pilates class instructed by Holly. Really enjoyed it and time flew by. It was very challenging as a beginner but Holly offered plenty of modifications. Highly recommend Holly and this class for any skill level.
M3 is an amazing studio! You can feel the inclusivity, positivity, and sense of community the second you walk in the door. All the teachers are so engaging and genuine. My favorite part is there's hands on assists in their Jivamukti classes.
Teacher training at M3 Yoga & Hot Pilates Atlanta
M3 Yoga & Hot Pilates Atlanta comes up for teacher training — confirmed on their own site. If you're thinking about becoming an instructor, a few things are worth asking up front. First, which certification the program leads to — most hot-yoga trainings are Yoga Alliance registered (RYT-200 or RYT-500), and the style matters: a Bikram or hot-power lineage trains differently than a hot-vinyasa or sculpt one. Second, the schedule and prerequisites — cohorts often run in intensive weekend blocks or over several months, and many studios want you practicing regularly there first. Third, cost and payment plans, and whether tuition includes an unlimited membership for the training period. Teacher training is a real commitment of time and money, so it's worth a call or an info session before you enroll.
Your first hot yoga class at M3 Yoga & Hot Pilates Atlanta
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
