From the reviews
✨ It’s been about 2.5 months of me going to Prayers & Pilates and my experience has been amazing so far. GENEIVE & HALEY have specifically been amazing instructors. They both listened to my goals and my struggles and have been working with me each class to make sure I’m getting the best out of each movement.
I’ve been coming to Prayers and Pilates for about two months now, and I absolutely love it. The studio is beautiful, welcoming, and has such a positive atmosphere. Devon does a fantastic job walking you through each exercise.
My coworker & I went today for a workout on our lunch hour and we absolutely loved it! Juliana was an amazing instructor, and she was so sweet and welcoming, she did not make us feel out of place one bit, also some other girls attending were very nice to us as well!
I want to first preface this review with saying I love the story behind this studio, but it just wasn’t what I expected. I don’t want this to come off negative but I’m writing this review to give honest feedback.
Your first hot yoga class at Prayers and Pilates
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
