I'm sure that Pilates in general at any studio can be immensely enjoyable and beneficial to most, but I am 100% certain that I would not have gotten so far in my personal fitness quest (and in such a short time!) if I hadn't chosen Premier Pilates as the place for me.
I absolutely love Premier Pilates ♥. I had never taken a Pilates class and I was so nervous, Megan explained how it worked and got me all signed up. I did a private into class with Tonya and she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed that I signed up for 5 more classes and that's where I met Chrisy who is an amazing…
I just left my first class at Premier Pilates, a mat Pilates class instructed by Hannah. It was great! The space is bright, clean, and well-equipped, and the staff members are super friendly and helpful. Hannah was a fun instructor, and I felt appropriately challenged during class and comfortable with her teaching.
Hanna was absolutely incredible. She was patient, very knowledgeable, and has a calm demeanor which made the workout incredibly relaxing. Highly recommend Hanna at Premier Pilates, you won’t regret it. All of the other ladies were wonderful as well.
Your first hot yoga class at Premier Pilates St Louis
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
