The styles they teach
“Hot pilates is challenging and gives me a sense of calm that I can only explain as “slowing my brain down where I can actually think.”

From the reviews
I love Revive! The classes are hard, but very doable. You have different options for each move, depending on your ability, and there’s always the option to rest when needed. I’m 47 and just started a weight loss journey two months ago to lose 100+ lbs.
Holy cow! This was my first time doing Pilates and it totally met and surpassed my expectations. Stretched muscles I didn't even know I had and my legs are jelly (in the best way possible). The class sizes are small and intimate, so the instructor was able to give one-on-one help as needed.
This is truly the best studio in Nashville! I absolutely love the workouts here. Ashton’s classes are always challenging and energizing, and Anna’s mindful Pilates sessions bring such a calming balance. The instructors create a welcoming and motivating environment that keeps us coming back. Highly recommend!
Makayla is an excellent teacher. This was my first plates class, and she ensured that I felt comfortable with the exercises. She also provided alternative positions for less/more difficulty with each exercise which is always awesome. The class itself was quick, moderate intensity, and fun to do!
Your first hot yoga class at Revive Pilates & Plates
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
