From the reviews
I won a Spa Day at Saltara and finally got around to scheduling it. I brought my bridesmaids and we had an amazing time. We started the day with a Grounding Hatha Flow class and then spent private time in the Spa using the Infrared Sauna.
Love Saltara yoga studio! Wonderful teachers, classes and community. Such an amazing addition to our village 💗
Taking the Gentle Stretch and Flow class with instructor Kim was a truly positive and restorative experience. From the moment the class began, Kim created a welcoming and calming atmosphere by starting with scented oils applied to the wrists, followed by a guided breathing exercise to gently take in the aroma.
What I love most about Saturday's Alignment Flow is how it slowly builds in such a thoughtful way. Amanda’s sequences feel like moving along a path instead of just doing a routine. Each layer adds a little more strength, clarity, and steadiness until we arrive at a destination pose or flow.
Your first hot yoga class at Saltara Healing, LLC
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
