Only studio I’ve ever seen with nuun offered in the entire country. It also happens to be located across the street from in insane surf 🏄♀️ point. El Porto is life!
🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Absolutely love this hot yoga studio by the beach! The combination of the heated studio and ocean air just takes the experience to a whole new level. The instructors are not only knowledgeable but also genuinely welcoming and encouraging, making every class feel comfortable yet challenging.
I can’t say enough good things about this studio! The entire staff is amazing—super knowledgeable and incredibly welcoming. Classes are filled with people from all stages of life.
SolSeek studio doesn't need advertisement. It's a very nice space, very "yin", with some very experienced and inspiring teachers. I only wish they didn't go that far with the heat, both yoga and breathing are much better up to 90 degrees than at 100. (But this studio is "hot" in more than one way).

Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes — there are showers on site; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
