From the reviews
Great local studio in the community! Nikki (the owner) is incredibly welcoming. She takes the time to learn your name and get to know you. The classes offered are a great variety for anything you're looking for.
They are the best studio with the best instructors! The instructors remember your name and have conversations with everyone. They offer a wide variety of classes that range in intensity and heat. I personally loved the restore, Hot 60, and mat Pilates classes. The app they use to book is very easy and user friendly!
This studio is awesome. I spent a month in Cold Spring, KY for school and was looking for a place to do yoga while I was there. This place was the perfect fit. It’s clear that the owner really cares about all her clients, she was extremely friendly and helpful the entire time.
I’ve been coming to the studio for a few months and I can’t picture myself practicing anywhere else. Nikki and friends are rockstars. It’s only been a short time with the unlimited membership, but I’ve already noticed an incredible difference in my balance, flexibility, and core strength, which has laddered up to…
Your first hot yoga class at Studio43 Sweat+Soul
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
