This has been such a blessing to have the opportunity to be out doors taking in the fresh air and the river is amazing! Overwhelming sense of being in touch with my body, and experiencing the outdoors while getting in shape at the same time. Quality instructors is an added 5 stars!!!
If you like hot Pilates, and nature, you’re gonna love The Grove! Julie and her team have created 60 minute workouts that really work every muscle in your body. After just two classes, I feel stronger and more flexible. And did I mention the view… La Venture Grove on the Saint John’s River. It’s absolutely gorgeous!
Incredible class! And unreal location! Julie’s class was perfect. And her personality is amazing! As a beginner, I felt I could keep up but she offers more challenging ways too. Because you’re right on the water, you forget you’re even working out! And the breeze is perfect. Definitely going to keep coming here!

What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
