love this studio! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warmth and intention. The space is clean, peaceful, and beautifully designed. The heated classes will make you SWEAT!!
I take the vinyasa yoga and Pilate classes and both are amazing! All the instructors are so great , The instructor for Pilates ( vita) is very encouraging/motivating ,shows you what you need to do whilst also talking you through reps and helping if help is needed . she also plays really good music ! 10/10
Ok where to start? This is a different type of workout. I had Bri as an instructor. She was great! What I love about this workout is that you are going to sweat. It’s is all done in a heated room and non of the exercises where complicated at all. I have knee issues so I also liked that there was no jumping involved.
Took a PIT class and LOVED IT! Bri is such a great instructor! The heat lamps really add an extra challenge. Highly recommend!
