From the reviews
Look, I’ve been going to this yoga studio for like five years now—which is basically a lifetime in yoga years. Most people go once, pull a hamstring, and retire with honor. Not me. I keep showing up, and it’s not just because I’m trying to touch my toes without hearing my spine beg for mercy. This place rules.
The staff at Yoga Sunne are very friendly and helpful. They constantly seek out feedback on how they can improve. They help you in class when you need assistance with proper alignment or whatever the challenge the class may bring you. The facilities are bright and cheerful and always clean.
Love the facility! So far I have loved the teachers too.Their classes don't just help you with the physical, they help with you with mental as well which is why I find myself going there daily without even thinking about it. My days just aren't as great when I don't start them off with a class here.
Yoga Sunné has been one of the best experiences of my life, from the facility to the instructors the studio has shown itself to be one of the best in the valley. From my first day there I was met with open arms and encouragement to not only explore a different side of my athleticism but also my spiritual side.
Your first hot yoga class at Yoga Sunné
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes — there are showers on site; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
