From the reviews
This was my first time to take a hot yoga class. My younger sister, Sudie, has been asking me to do this with her for a while now. I wasn’t sure how I would make it in a 90 degree class but I made it thru the entire class and absolutely loved it! The instructor, Hannah, was amazing.
I attended a yoglates on a whim about 6 months ago looking for a new gym and was ASTOUNDED by what a great studio it is. The classes are challenging yet relaxing, and the instructors are amazing. All of the staff i've encountered have been so kind and helpful!
I’ve been going here for a little over a month and it’s literally my favorite place. I actually look forward to working out, and I feel amazing, physically and mentally, every time I’m finished with a class. The atmosphere and instructors are pretty nice. I’ve seen results just from going 3/4 times a week.
The best kept secret in Baton Rouge! From the serene and clean atmosphere to the welcoming and encouraging staff-- Yoglates 2 is truly unmatched. The routines are suitable for the most advanced yogi to the beginner.
Your first hot yoga class at Yoglates Fitness Studio - Baton Rouge
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
