My daughter and I have taken some great hot classes here! In the last 2 weeks we have tried a number of classes and ALL of the instructors have been amazing. I love how each of them puts their own twist on the class. I always leave feeling great, accomplished, and stronger physically and mentally.
I love this place! So happy Orchard Hills brought Zen into the facility. I’ve taken a lot of the classes offered and I’ve also done a few classes at the Westminster location. My favorite class is the Power Sculpt with Rebekah.
Brenda did an amazing job of guiding us through her breath work class. I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to focus and my mind would wander but it was the exact opposite. Through body scanning exercises and a series of breathing techniques, this class completely changed the way I look at breath work.

Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated to around ~100°F, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
