What local students say

I've frequented YogaSix in Hyde Park for about a month now and it's great! My first and second classes were with Maria: Power and Slow Flow. Power was a great introductory class for me and a bit of a challenge as a first time Yogi.

I had my first experience at YogaBox Studio, trying a hot yoga class with weights, and it was intense but incredibly rewarding! I definitely worked up a good sweat and enjoyed pushing through the challenge. Huge shout out to Angela for guiding me and encouraging me to go beyond limits I didn’t think I could reach.

Great place to take care of your body and mind. Great instructors... very encouraging and helpful. After day at work it will allowed you to detache yourself from everyday events and just concentrate on your breathing and sequence of yoga poses. Still "good old" yoga studio. Now the limit of participant has increased.
