From the reviews
The team is super friendly and they are the first business to open in this shopping center (following foxtail coffee) I have a good feeling hotworx will be a staple in the community and will add a lot to that shopping center over time.
A pretty nice place to detox yourself.Using infrared sauna and work out equipments
I wish I would have joined sooner! I’ve been consistently taking classes for the last 1.5 months and I am loving the results. I love the variety of workout options and the way I feel after I’ve finished a session.
I love the location. My wife really enjoys this studio and the staff. They know me from dropping her off while I go work at foxtail next door or the great southern box. They say hi and I feel she’s in a safe and happy environment to do her sauna thing and some free weights
Your first hot yoga class at HOTWORX - Orlando, FL - College Park
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
