From the reviews
I've tried many different yoga studios but this is one of my best places for me. Boram, an instructor, takes care of all students while practicing, leading every yoga class with gentle flows and warm energy.
It’s my first time learning yoga and it’s been three months. What surprised me is that learning from a teacher offline is totally different from yoga youtube videos. The instructor helps me with the posture and my core strength and posture has improved since I took classes here.
This is my first time trying yoga lessons and I’m so glad I’m beginning my journey at Inner Peace Boram Yoga. The instructor is so informative and hands on. She walks around during the class correcting the poses and encourages to keep going.
Coming to Boram Yoga is one of the best things I did for my overall health. The instructor guides all the poses accurately and clearly. She teaches considering each student's individual condition. The classes have been essential in aligning and correcting my posture as well as healing certain ailments I had.
Your first hot yoga class at Inner Peace Boram Yoga (보람요가)
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
