Beautiful space! I visited this studio when I was in town visiting family. I took a 75-minute power flow with Darian, it was exactly what I needed. The class was strong, well-sequenced, had a baptiste/JIP feel to it which is what I always search for.
I decided to join a local women's business group on Facebook, which led me to discover a new yoga studio that had recently opened. Despite not being an avid yogi, I was drawn to the studio's unique atmosphere and decided to give it a try.
My wife and I have been going to Rebel Studio for 3 months now. We are picky about yoga so we are so glad we discovered this place. We have had a great experience every class. All instructors are knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Their app and scheduling is easy to use. Prices are reasonable.
Welcoming community for all levels, ages, body types. Teachers and owners create an atmosphere of warmth and acceptance. All are supported on their journey to find strength both physically and mentally. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
