From the reviews

Wonderful HOT yoga studio with AWESOME instructors!!! CLASSES - Most classes focused on the 26&2 Bikram series (26 postures twice in 105°). A few times a week they offer mat pilates, stretch, and yin classes. A few times a month specialty classes like yoga en español, unheated with baby, and workshops.

The best yoga studio I have EVER been too. I have been practicing yoga for 2 years now and Reunion Hot Yoga is by far the best! Along with the various types of classes, clean studio space(s) & changing rooms, the ambiance and character of those at Reunion, is unmatched!

This Yoga studio is AMAZING!! I've taken two classes already (shoutout to Holly) for making me feel welcomed and highly recommend the 26/2 classes! You may be intimated at first for a 90 minute class but I swear it flies by and the instructors provide clear and easy cueing to encourage you to reach for beyond what you…

I dropped in for a class at Reunion Hot Yoga a few months ago because I was referred by a friend and I haven't stopped going since! This is probably the best experience at a workout studio (of any kind) I've experienced.

Your first hot yoga class at Reunion Hot Yoga

Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated to around ~105°F, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.

Heat and intense exercise aren't right for everyone — if you're pregnant or have heart, blood-pressure, or other health concerns, check with a doctor before your first hot class.
