From the reviews
I’ve been practicing yoga for many years and I have to say Sana studio stands out from all the rest. I absolutely adore the owner, Viviana. Her devotion to the studio, love for her instructors and students is like no other.
I have been practicing yoga for 20 years and been to many studios. However, this may be the first time I feel like I found my happy place. Viviana, the owner, is amazing and made me feel right at home. I treat practicing at Sana as if it was my job :) that I love so much.
I’ve been practicing yoga at Sana since October 2023. From the moment I entered the space I knew it was different from other studios. Everyone I’ve met, the instructors who teach, and the feeling the space gives have provided me with a sense of belonging.
I went to Sana Yoga in New Providence for the first time and it was truly an amazing experience. Everyone was very welcoming, and Viviana the owner, is truly inspiring. The class she held did not feel like just a class it felt like true healing. I will definitely be going back and would recommend it.
Your first hot yoga class at Sana Yoga
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
