From the reviews

The kindness and community fostered by Mariah is phenomenal. Last week, she had a studio party and brought in her wonderful mom, a top-notch caterer, to cook delicious Korean food, and her grandmother.

Having practiced yoga for years in many different studios, from LA to SF to NY, Boston, Dublin, Bali… I’ve encountered a number of wonderful yogis, and seen the inside of countless studios.

I love it here! Instructors are wonderful warm and so kind! I’ve always got hands on assistance when my posture is off. It gets pretty full in the peak mths so you may want to book ahead! Especially on weekends! I love the community and it’s wonderful that there are options for dys hrs and types of classes!

Isaiah and Mariah are very welcoming and friendly owners! They've built an amazing studio together and they're always looking for ways to improve their business. They have created an extremely pleasant environment for people to comfortably come and workout through various forms of yoga. The hot yoga is the best.

Your first hot yoga class at Warmth Studios

Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated to around ~105°F, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.

Heat and intense exercise aren't right for everyone — if you're pregnant or have heart, blood-pressure, or other health concerns, check with a doctor before your first hot class.
