What local students say

I recently completed the 2-week intro membership at Halea Yoga and it's been such a lovely experience. The teachers here are truly exceptional, with a genuine energy and love for yoga practice, and each with a unique teaching style makes every class feel both welcoming and challenging in the best way.

I took my first ever yoga class here at Shefayoga, and it was a Heated Power Vinyasa with the instructor Aili. It was definitely a bit challenging, but the feeling after completing the class is so great.

This studio is amazing. I recently moved out of Seattle and one of the things I miss most is this yoga studio. The teachers are incredibly knowledgeable and expertly guide you through fun and rewarding classes. You always come out feeling better than when you went in.
